The Integrated Security Management System developed by Salent draws on over 30 years of experience of broadcast, signal processing, telecommunications and video surveillance technology. A recent link with ISLI, a collaborative venture formed from four of the UK's leading universities, will help to ensure that Salent's commitment to integarted security product development continues to flourish.
Our commitment to leading edge product development has gained the support of the Scottish Executive. Salent have received prestigious SMART and SPUR awards from the Minister for Enterprise and Lifelong Learning in recognition of the Company's state of the art product development programme. Our Integrated Security Management Software has achieved industry wide recognition, reaching the final of the IP Security awards at IIPSEC07.

Salent writes software that provides a complete Integrated Security Management System with a single user interface. Our software is modular and device manufacturer independent. By selecting and combining different software modules we can provide a tailored, yet off-the-shelf integrated solution, that meets your precise needs.
Our open systems approach means that we integrate with the hardware devices and systems that you want to use. We are not tied to specific security devices, manufacturers or systems. This allows the easy integrataion of both new and legacy systems.
