User Management

The User Management Module controls site and device level access rights for all users. A floating licence structure allows an unlimited number of users to be assigned the specific access rights they require and means that fewer licences need be purchased.

The use of user groups simplifies user configuration. Access rights can be assigned per device, per module or per site/ specific area. Display profiles and settings can be configured to suit the individual user. These settings are automatically applied whenever and whereever the user logs on.

Event Management

The immensely powerful Omnis Event Management Module allows users to configure precisley how the system responds to any event.



The power and flexibility the Omnis Event Management Module provides is unprecedented. Define and configure:

  • An unlimited number of events or triggers.
  • An unlimited number of responses.
  • Precisely how the system should respond to each event.
  • Event prioity
  • The individual response order.
  • Specific response timings and delays.
  • Scheduled reponses at specific times.

A trigger to the event system could be from any managed device or system. Triggers could, for example, include a door forced, video analytics (loitering) or an alarm panel activation. Responses could include running a procedural flow chart or storing pre and post trigger video images.

Evidence Management

The Omnis Evidence Management Module provides straight forward, system wide evidence compilation. Evidence can be incorporated from any Omnis Module or from 3rd party sources. A typical evidence folder might include Video footage, System Logs & Reports together with a full audit trail.

The evidence is stored securely and its veracity can be authenticated. The evidence can be exported for burning to a CD so that it can be reviewed on any PC.

Audit Trail

All Omnis Integrated Security Management Software contain a full audit trail. All user actions are logged. The audit log can be interrogated to search by user, time, event etc... In this way user adherence to operating policies can be tracked and verified.
